Schnalser Schneemilch

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about one hour. Then portion onto plates, shaping into a snowball. Top with unsweetened whipped cream, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve.

For 4 people

4 white bread rolls, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp raisins
Honey or sugar to taste
½–1 cup fresh milk, depending on how dry the bread is
A dash of rum (or late-harvest Gewürztraminer)
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Some grated zest of an untreated lemon
