Fishing at the reservoir

An Italian state fishing licence is required to purchase a day permit. Visitors residing abroad can obtain this licence at Hotel Vernagt in Vernagt

(T +39 0473 676 063) or at Go-Fish in Kastelbell

(T +39 0473 624 464) for €32.00 (valid for 10 years).

DAY PERMITS (AVAILABLE ONLY WITH STATE LICENCE)

- Vernagt reservoir: €25.00 + €5.00 deposit or Schnalser Bach stream (from the Vernagt dam to the Karthaus bridge): €30.00 + €5.00 deposit. Available at Hotel Edelweiss in Vernagt (T +39 0473 669 633) and Hotel Vernagt in Vernagt (T +39 0473 676 063).

- River Adige from Lake Reschen to the Naturns bridge, including all tributaries: available at Go-Fish in Kastelbell (T +39 0473 624 464) or Landgasthaus Langwies in Naturns (T +39 0473 667 526).

DAY PERMITS (AVAILABLE WITHOUT STATE LICENCE)

Fishing ponds in Goldrain, Prad and Stilfs, available directly on site.

Fishing at the Vernago Lake

The purchase of a day pass is subject to the presentation of an Italian national licence for fishing. These can be obtained from the Hotel Vernago at Vernago (T +39 0473 676 063) or at the shop „Go Fish“ in Castelbello (T +39 0473 624 464) for € 32.00 per person. (valid for 10 years)
