Fun & action at Lazaun

The sports service Erwin Stricker, in cooperation with the Schnalstal Glacier Cable Car, offers mountain carts again this summer from 27 June 2026 to 4 October 2026.

The mountain carts are available daily from 27 June 2026 to 13 September 2026, except Mondays.

From 14 September 2026 to 4 October 2026, riding is possible every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Prices:

Single ride: €12.00

Additional ride: €10.00

Mountain carts can be rented at the Lazaun cable car top station and returned at the Lazaun valley station.

Children from 10 years of age and with a minimum height of 140 cm may ride independently when accompanied by an adult.

After a wonderful hike with a cosy stop at the Lazaunhütte, enjoy a speedy descent on three wheels with the mountain carts from Sportservice Erwin Stricker.

The fantastic mountain carts are available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 27th of June to 14th of September, Monday is day off. From 14th of September to 4th of October the carts are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The carts can be hired at the mountain station of the Lazaun cable car and returned at the Lazaun valley station. Children aged 10 years and over and over 140cm can ride alone if accompanied by an adult.
