St. Martin im Kofel/San Martino in Monte is located on the Monte Sole☀️of Laces on 1.740 meters of altitude.⛰
The small mountain village with 120 habitants is home to the famous church⛪️ of the holy San Martino, build in the 16th century, which you can visit all around the year.

The greatest thing about San Martino is the cableway San Martino🚠, which brings inhabitants, hiker and biker from Laces to San Martino in only 8 minutes!👨‍👧‍👦🚴🏼🥾

The view from this mountain village is worth seeing!🌄 You have the perfect view towards Laces, Val Martello and Val Venosta and also to the Ortler massif’s frozen landscape!🏔

The mountain station of the cableway San Martino is the perfect starting point for numerous hikes and also for lots of bike trails which run down on the Monte Sole toward Laces.🚵🏽🥾🌲
