It is possible to take the bike on the train. At
busy times, a
bike transport service is offered parallel to the train.

Maxx Bike Shop at the center of
Laces, which has the perfect bike for everybody. Furthermore, you can also rent bikes at some train stations in Val Venosta

Would you like to do without your car during hour holiday? Then take the public
means of transport:
Laces – Merano: 45 minutes
Laces – Malles: 45 minutes
Laces – Bolzano: 1.5 hours
Laces – Silandro: 10 minutes
Laces – Coldrano: 5 minutes
How long does it take to go to Merano by bike?
You can take the
"Via Claudia Augusta" cycling trail along the Adige river to reach the spa town of Merano in 1-2 hours.
Can I transport my bike if I take the San Martino in Monte cable car or the chair lift?
You can transport your
bike by cable car and chair lift. The Malga di Tarres
chair lift transports bikes all day, whereas the San Martino in Monte
cable car offers bike transport at certain times only. For more information click here: bike transport
Can I take my dog with me if I go by train, cable car or chair lift?
You can, of course, take your dog with you if you take the
train,
cable car and
chair lift.
However, dogs must wear a muzzle and must be kept on a lead on all public means of transport and in the cable car. If you take the Malga di Tarres chair lift, your dog has to sit next to you or on your lap:)

What are the opening hours of the Tourist Association in Laces?
From 1 April, our
office is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12 noon and from 3pm to 6pm.
On Saturdays, our office is open from 9am to 12 noon.

What is the timetable for Val Martello/Martelltal?
The bus runs from the train station in Coldrano to the Martell village stop. From 17 June 2021 until 10 October 2021, the bus will run from Martell village to the enzianhütte (High Val Martello).

The cattle drive in the holiday area always takes place in the first weeks of september - you can find the exact dates on the homepage or ask at the tourist office.
