Kaiserschmarrn

Place the eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and whisk vigorously until frothy. Add the flour and mix well. Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the batter and cook over low heat until the underside is lightly browned. Turn repeatedly until evenly golden. Then tear into small pieces. Serve on plates, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy with jam or apple sauce.

5 eggs
600 ml milk
1 pinch of salt
500 g flour
60 g butter
Powdered sugar for dusting
