Cranberry jam

Place the cranberries in a pot, heat and stir. After about 10 minutes, add the sugar, stirring occasionally. Let simmer gently over low heat for about 30–40 minutes, stirring from time to time. Pour the hot jam into jars and seal.

Recipe intended as a side dish for game dishes, Wiener schnitzel or Kaiserschmarrn.
