In August, as part of Dine, Wine & Music, local gastronomy serves up gastronomic specialities paired with excellent wines from the Eisacktal Valley in front of the dreamlike backdrop of the Brixen Cathedral. Local hosts prepare their finest summer dishes, and you can try them all. The evening is rounded off by vibrant live music.
