This wonderful and easy high-altitude circular hike on the Latsch Sonnenberg takes you to a truly sensational viewpoint overlooking the legendary limestone giants. Starting from the St. Martin im Kofel mountain station, the varied route leads eastward along the foot of the majestic Vermoispitze through idyllic woodlands until opening up to a picturesque clearing that invites you to rest and marvel at the unforgettable panoramic views. Passing through the gentle alpine meadows of Rossböden and the charming Alpl St. Martin, the trail finally leads back to the starting point, where the mountain restaurant awaits to reward you with traditional South Tyrolean delicacies.
