The cooperation project Terre Ospitali between seven local action groups from Apulia, Lazio, Abruzzo, Piedmont and South Tyrol have set themselves the goal to capture regional products and raise awareness of the rural regions by means of “miles of pleasure” and targeted actions.

Thus several themed trails have already been realized in Val Martello, which lead from farm to farm, and where the farm’s own produce can be introduced. In addition, cultural and gastronomic events bring these unique products to the attention of a wider audience.

The “places of hospitality” are, however, also places of a new tourism, which brings authentic experiences to the tourist. You only need to bring time, which must be taken to experience the offer of slow tourism and discover the regions. The chefs of the restaurants in the regions refer to the traditions of the local cuisine and their products. In addition, local farmers, craftsmen and artisans offer their diverse products.
