Venosta Valley
Summer evenings in the Schlandersburg castle
Theater/Film/Screenings
7/28/2026 - 8/25/2026
Silandro
Tuesdays are held cultural, musical summer evenings in the yard of Schlandersburg castle.
Experience the lively atmosphere in the most important Renaissance building of Venosta Valley.
28 July "Marc Perin & Crossing Strings"
Experience South Tyrolean fingerstyle guitarist Marc Perin, also known from the project “Tony und die Freiheit”. Joining him is the crossover duo Crossing Strings, whose debut album Intersections brings fresh energy to stages across Europe. Expect captivating melodies, rhythmic percussion and unique arrangements.
4 August "Concert with the vocal ensemble Max-Vokal from Munich"
Under the direction of Gerald Häußler, the choir performs sacred music ranging from the Baroque period to contemporary works. With its transparent sound and refined stylistic sensitivity, the ensemble regularly shapes church services and concerts. MaxVokal stands for musical precision, liturgical sensitivity and a vibrant choral culture.
11 August "Summer Night Magic with DUO MARGOT"
Margot is the musical duo of singer and performer Daniela Adami and cellist Giordano Pegoraro. Their collaboration combines the warmth of the cello with a clear, storytelling voice, creating an intimate chamber-music soundscape that floats between poetry, minimalism and emotional depth. Their arrangements are subtle and finely crafted, leaving space for atmosphere. Margot represents music that does not need to be loud to move its audience – a quiet yet powerful dialogue between voice and cello.
18 August "Musical evening with flutist Chantal Ramona Veit and pianist Andreas Benedikter"
Chamber music full of energy, precision and delicate tonal colours. Veit, a young award-winning virtuoso on flute and piccolo, combines technical brilliance with remarkable expressiveness. Benedikter accompanies her with great musical sensitivity and stylistic clarity. Together they present varied programmes ranging from Vivaldi to contemporary music, turning every concert into an intense and vibrant musical experience.
25 August
The Hintner siblings from Pichl/Gsies form a four-part vocal ensemble distinguished by their warm, natural and unamplified sound as well as their stylistic openness. Since childhood, Lisa, Sarah, Johanna and Magdalena Hintner have made music together, blending traditional Alpine elements with dialect-coloured pop songs of their own composition. They see their music as a voice for what moves them – personal, social and poetic at the same time.
