This year's spring exhibition is dedicated to Merano-born painter Ursula (Trull) Oberrauch. Born in 1944, Ms Oberrauch lives and works in Bolzano.

She first studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and then at Temple University Tyler School of Art in Rome. She has spent extended periods abroad. Her abstract paintings are inspired by nature and reflect inner moods.

A cross-section of the artist's extensive work is on display at Kastelbell Castle.
