The fascination of sunrise in the mountains.

This easy to moderately difficult mountain hike to the Trumser Dolomitenblick offers a special experience: even before sunrise, in complete darkness, we experience the silence of nature. As dawn breaks, the first views of the valley open up, and finally we watch the world awaken from above.

Tour description:
We take our own car to the Kastelbell Sonnenberg at 1,550 metres. From there, the tour begins on the gently ascending alpine path, later via the hiking trail to the alp (1,950 m). From there we climb another 150 metres in altitude to a wide forest clearing, where we enjoy the sunrise over the Sarntal Alps and the Dolomites. After the sunrise, we descend to the Trumser Alb'l, where a hearty alpine breakfast awaits us.
