Castelbello’s Törggelen season in a culinary autumn experience
A year’s worth of sun’s rays, wind and weather is pressed from the grapes of the southern slopes of Castelbello/Kastelbell and laid down in cellars. This young wine is here for the tasting! The local farmers serve it up with sausages, dumplings and sauerkraut. A plate of roasted chestnuts also finds its way to the table. And all this accompanied to music. That’s Törggelen.
