Opening of the Slow Food Speciality Weeks
at archeoParc Val Senales
The Slow Food Presidio Schnalstal Sheep Speciality Weeks kick off with a culinary experience at the archeoParc in Madonna di Senales. To mark the 35th anniversary of the discovery of Ötzi, history, tradition and culinary culture come together for a very special evening.
Guests can look forward to an aperitif, a welcome from the kitchen and an exclusive 5-course menu featuring Schnalstal sheep and high-quality regional products.
The menu will be accompanied by selected wines from the biodynamic South Tyrolean winery Manincor, which uses sheep to graze its vineyards. The result is a unique culinary journey between mountain and vineyard, history and the present day.
AT A GLANCE:
EVENT STARTS AT 6.00 PM
PARTICIPATION FEE: €89.00 PER PERSON (WINE + DINNER INCLUDED)
MEETING POINT: ENTRANCE AREA OF THE ARCHEOPARC MUSEUM
