Sheep herding in Trafoi

The Ortler-Trafoi Sheep Breeders’ Association is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and warmly invites you to the traditional Schofschoad (sheep descent from the alpine pastures) in Trafoi.

The Schofschoad will take place on 6 and 20 September and 4 October 2026, starting at 10 am, at the Untere Tartscher Alm alpine pasture in Trafoi.

Food and drinks will be available. We look forward to welcoming many visitors and celebrating our 40th anniversary together!
