Book presentation/reading 8/11 - 9/3/2026 Solda

On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Stelvio Pass Road (2025), Franz G. Angerer discovered more than 300 original documents in his family archive relating to the construction of the Sulden Road (1890–1912).

Combined with additional findings from private archives, his book reconstructs an almost forgotten chapter of South Tyrolean history. It serves as a historical account, a tribute to the region's cultural heritage, and a lasting homage to the Sulden Road.
