Route description

The fifth stage of the Marble Circuit Trail takes you from the Vellnairalm mountain pasture up to the Kälberalm mountain pasture. From here, you get a scenic view of the Stelvio mountain pass and the imposing Ortler group, a typical example of the classic mountain landscape found along this stretch. After a rest stop at the Kälberalm hut, continue to the picturesque village of Sulden/Solda, where refreshment services and overnight accommodation are available. With no shortage of eateries, inns, and taverns, here the day ends on a high note in preparation for the sixth and final stage of the circuit.
