General description

This National Park hike starts in Göflan until the farm Haslhof. Enjoy the panoramic view of Val Martell, Lower Venosta Valley and Venosta Valley's Monte Sole mountain above the timberline.

Route description

Path no. 1 - 3 - 2 - 1

Start is in Göflan. Go slightly upwards through woods and clearings passing by the Wiebenhof, Bärenstall and Mairing and Mairing mountain farms until Haslhof. Arrived at the high plateau, you follow the "Kreuzjöchl" signposting until the highest point of the hike. Then continue on path no. 1 until the village of Martell and take the bus to return to Goldrain and Schlanders.

From Reschen or Meran to Schlanders and then take the turn-off to Göflan

Parking

The car can be parked at the parking place in Göflan

Public transport

By the Venosta Train to Schlanders and by the Citybus to Göflan or on foot.

From Martell take the bus to return to Goldrain and Schlanders.
