The Venosta Valley is characterized by apple orchards and small vineyards, and is an ideal area for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables of all kinds. For example, cherries are grown in the Upper Venosta Valley. In Val Martello, a variety of berries thrive, and the best herbs and most delicious apricots are harvested around Lasa. Around Glurns, cornfields also make an appearance.

Get to know the variety of regional products of Venosta Valley, immerse yourself in the fruit cultivation and the agriculture of the valley, and learn more about the value of a healthy diet with food from the local farmyards and nearby fruit orchards.

Enjoy a stay in the natural landscape of the Venosta Valley, at all participating shops of "A Taste of the Venosta Valley" which stand for sustainable, regional products and high quality.

The project "A Taste of the Venosta Valley" is a joint project of VI.P, Silandro Marketing and the Silandro-Lasa Tourism Association.
