It is south-facing and features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for up to six people. A large sofa provides a comfortable seating area. A 50 m² terrace runs along the full length of the apartment and is accessible from both the living area and one of the two bedrooms. The rear part of the terrace is covered by the balcony of the upper-floor apartment. The flooring in the rear and central sections of the terrace is made of larch wood. The terrace is furnished with a table for four people and two lounge chairs.

The bedroom adjacent to the terrace offers a wide view over the valley and into the forest on the opposite side. The second bedroom faces west, towards Switzerland, and also has access to the terrace.
