Our wonderful mission at the village inn Weißkugel in Matsch is to serve as a place of meeting for the people of the village and the valley, on the one hand, and for our guests, on the other. In doing so, we see ourselves as representatives of the valley’s energy and the produce of the farmers along the young Saldur River, presenting them in our food and drinks and making a contribution so that more and more people understand how important and significant it is to recognize and embrace the value of what is OURS. Great things arise from small beginnings, and I can see clearly only with my heart. That is why I follow my heart. Our goal will be to break free from dependence and external control, to reflect on our own potential, and to enjoy and cultivate it. Through BAKING BREAD at the village inn, we are able to share our philosophy and vision with others.
