Ski Areas in the Venosta Valley in South Tyrol

Skiing Holidays at the Venosta Valley Ski Arena

In the sunny Venosta Valley, there are five ski areas, which form part of the Venosta Valley Ski Arena. In total there are 133 km of slopes which can be enjoyed with the same Ski Pass.

The Sulden/Solda ski area is open from the end of October until the beginning of May. It boasts an amusement park, well-maintained runs and deep snow slopes which rise up to over 3000 meters of altitude. The area is located along with the smaller Trafoi family ski resort in the Stelvio National Park. The sunny Watles family ski resort is situated within the Piz Sesvenna-Group in the Upper Val Venosta. At the area around the Resia are the Malga S. Valentino/Haideralm ski resort and Belpiano/Schöneben, with its brand-new snow park. Apart from exciting days on the slopes, Venosta Valley also offers plenty of culture with its museums, castles and abbeys, as well as the medieval village of Glorenza/Glurns  – the smallest town in South Tyrol.
