The South Tyrol Guest Pass is granting you free access to all public transport in the entire South Tyrol with just a single ticket.

South Tyrol Guest Pass holders may use any of the following:
  • Regional trains throughout South Tyrol as well as to Trento (marked on the railway timetable with an R symbol)
  • City (urban) and intercity buses
  • PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair, Switzerland (CH)
  • Line 273 Mals/Malles-Landeck to the Pfunds/Kajetansbrücke stop
  • Cable cars Ritten/Renon, Meransen/Maranza, Jenesien/San Genesio, Kohlern/Colle, Mölten/Meltina and Vöran/Verano as well as the tramway of Ritten/Renon and the funicular to the Mendel/Mendola

The South Tyrol Guest Pass can only be utilized by the authorized holder and is not transferrable to other persons. It must be validated at the start of each journey using the QR code on the ticket (for train journeys before boarding on the platform), but without indicating the destination. Once you have activated your South Tyrol Guest Pass, it remains valid for the durations of your stay.

Children under the age of six years old, prams, baby strollers and luggage are all free of charge.
A separate ticket is required for bigger dogs.
Taxis and group transport rentals are not covered by the South Tyrol Guest Pass.

The day ticket for bicycle transport can be purchased to take a bicycle with you.
Advice: The train is not equipped for the carriage of many bikes. Rent a bike or use a bike shuttle, which can be used against payment of a fee. For carriage of a bicycle in the train you need an extra all-day ticket.
