Ski Touring in Venosta Valley

Winter Fun All Around the Ortles, Piz Sesvenna and the Oetztal Alps

Ski tour enthusiasts will find countless possibilities for challenging tours on the Venosta Valley's 3000m altitude iconic mountain range, which is one of the most spectacular areas for ski tourers in South Tyrol.

Those seeking ski tours can find exciting routes, snowfields and isolated landscapes in the Stelvio National Park and the idyllic valleys of Val Martello/Martelltal Valley, Solda/Suden, Mazia/Matsch, Slingia/Schlinig and Roia/Roien. The Val Martello Valley is also the location for the yearly "Marmotta Trophy", one of the most spectacular routes of the ISMF-Skitours World Cup.

Experience, local knowledge, equipment and information on weather conditions are essential. Aspiring ski tour participants can therefore join one of the numerous tours offered by South Tyrol's experienced mountain guides.
