26th Lake Resia Run
Sport
7/11/2026
Curon/Resia
On Saturday, July 11, 2026, the holiday region Lake Reschen will once again transform into a spectacular running arena. With around 4,000 participants, the Reschenseelauf is one of the largest running events in the entire Alpine region, impressing every year with its unique atmosphere.
The course stretches 15.1 kilometers around Lake Resia – passing by the famous sunken bell tower of Curon, crossing the dam, and offering a breathtaking mountain backdrop with views of the majestic Ortler. With approximately 80% asphalt and 20% gravel, the route perfectly combines athletic challenge with scenic enjoyment.
Whether runners, Nordic walkers, handbikers, or children – everyone will find their own category. Beyond athletic performance, the focus is on the shared experience: all participants can look forward to a special starter gift and a commemorative certificate.
In 2026, the Reschenseelauf once again promises to be an unforgettable sporting event at South Tyrol’s largest reservoir, inspiring athletes and spectators alike.
