Natural Trail Nittweg

The themed trail is lined with a variety of different native trees and shrubs, all of which are marked by name.

The path brings on the skirts of the wood with a multitude of different trees and bushes, that are alll identified with a name.

Directions

The starting point of this walk is below the Church of St. John in Prad.

This path is suitable for families (not suitable for prams), trees and shrubs along the path provide an insight into the fantastic flora of the Stelvio National Park.

Description to arrive at destination

From Merano, as well as from the Resia Pass, take the descent from Spondinig to Prad am Stilfserjoch, to the parking lot at the entrance of Prad.

Free parking at the parking lot at the village entrance of Prad (coming from Spondinig left).
