Cultural guided german tour of the Church of St. John in Prad

Guided tours/unguided tours 6/8 - 11/23/2026 Prad am Stilfserjoch

The oldest church in Prad am Stilfserjoch is located in the southeastern part of the village, nestled in a green meadow landscape at the transition into the high mountains of the Ortler group. The Church of St. John was built at the end of the 13th century by the Counts of Tschengelsberg as a family church in Romanesque architectural style. Join our guides on a discovery tour and learn more about this Romanesque attraction from the 13th century.

Tours take place from May to September on Mondays at 5:00 PM, and from October to March on Mondays at 4:00 PM.

Participation is only possible upon registration by 6:00 PM the day before at the Prad am Stilfserjoch Information Office or online.

The Tourist Office is available upon request for visits outside of guided tours.
