Since 2025, the Waalweg from Altratheis to Juval Castle has been accessible again after many years. However, this Waalweg is not comparable to other Waalwege in the Vinschgau Valley and the Merano area. In some sections, the path is very narrow and quite exposed. Sure-footedness and a head for heights are required.
