Seppele Tour

The Seppelesteig tour is a leisurely circular hike where you can enjoy the idyllic scenery of Slingia and the green forests of Watles.

The pleasant Seppele tour begins in the cosy hamlet of Prämajur (1750m). From here, you can already see across the vast Upper Vinschgau Valley. Hiking trail no. 20 leads us into the so-called "Seppelesteig". The path leads through green forests towards Slingia (1868m). From trail no. 20, take trail no. 8B and follow it until you reach the picturesque village of Slingia. In this small mountain village, you can take a short break in one of the restaurants. After a short loop through the village, trail no. 8A leads back to no. 8B. Now it goes a little uphill again. At the end of the path, you reach trail no. 3, which is not far below the charming Höfer Alm alpine pasture (2066m), which is definitely worth a short stop. The descent back to our starting point at Prämajur then follows trail no. 3.
