Plattweg round

General description
The Plattweg trail takes you to the lonely South Tyrolean mountain world, with far reaching views of the Resia Lake. From the station at the top of the Haideralm/Malga S. Valentino follow the forest road towards the valley until the path forks for the first time. From there follow the forest road signposted no. 18 to the left. The long gravel path offers some clearings with beautiful views over the valley. The forest road signposted no. 11 branches off to the right, crossing a forest road three times. At the third crossing leave the path signposted no. 11, follow the forest path signposted no. 18A to the right, cross the Vallatschbach river until the path joins the forest path signposted no. 9, which leads to Plagött and then to the village of St. Valentin.
