Archery in the Upper Venosta Valley

The Venostarc 3D-archery facility above Tarces/Tartsch (near Malles/Mals) is located at an altitude of 1400 m and offers a high-Alpine 3D-panorama-parcour with 30 targets and a spectacular high-alpine mountain panorama. There are also benches and tables for picnicking and relaxing.
The famous Leiten Tournament takes place annually in the Venostarc archery facility . This event has become a must for archers and attracts many guests.

Attention: the 3D-archery facility above Tarces/Tartsch is closed till the end of March.


3D-Archery Facility at the Watles Hiking Area
Another facility can be found just beside the Watles hiking area, near the mountain station (altitude 2150 m). The panorama-facility is divided into two courses and thus ideal for beginners and families as well as professionals.

Information: secure footwear and warm clothes are advisable, as at this altitude there can be a sudden changes in weather.


Courses for beginner for adults and Kids (up 10 years):
are possible at any time enar the mountain rescue hut Watles.
