The Stundenweg trail
connects Val Muestair in nearby Switzerland with Venosta Valley. The trail leads from the Benedictine abbey of Monte Maria above Malles/Mals
(the highest located monastery in Europe) to the convent of S. Giovanni in Muestair, named as a UNESCO world heritage site.
