Cross-Country Skiing with a Panoramic View of the Resia Pass Holiday Area

The 15 km high altitude track at Vallelunga presents a real challenge for lovers of cross-country skiing. The highly varied course starts at Vallelunga at an altitude of 1,912 meters is not only enjoyed by casual skiers but is also utilised for national and international competitions.

The short circuit starts at the confluence of the Melago and Karlin torrents leading along a trail to Melago, while the longer circuit carries on to the woods up until Grub crossing the valley and winding its way back to the other side through the sunny fields in Melago. As a bonus, the Weißkugel mountain range provides a spectacular background throughout the circuit.
