Tips for Excursions in the Resia Pass Holiday Area

With the right advice, orienting oneself in Alpine landscape of the Resia Pass holiday area around Resia Lake, is easy. The same applies if you wish to tackle the Vallelunga High Mountain Trail, hike up to the Pius XI mountain refuge or to the Dreiländerstein – the mountain marking the place where Italy, Austria and Switzerland converge –, a trip to the mountain or to the Curon hut or a stroll along the Panorama Trail. In fact, each of these itineraries can become special experiences to the visitor.

Small hiking maps of the Resia Pass holiday area are available from the tourist offices in St. Valentino alla Muta/St. Valentin auf der Haide and Resia/Reschen, with brief descriptions of the various itineraries.
