The Resia Pass holiday area is a popular destination for cyclists and mountain bikers. One of the most frequented bike trails that best highlight the Venosta Valley region, is the 80 km-long Adige bike path following the Via Claudia Augusta, the old Roman road. For mountain biking aficionados there are mountain treks, more relaxed panoramic rides as well as Single Trails and Flow Trails. Due to its varied topography, the area around Resia Lake provides a highly varied choice of mountain biking and freeride options with different difficulty levels.

Bike Shuttle

The bike shuttle service in the Resia Pass holiday area is in use from May to September, and takes the cyclists, MTB enthusiasts and and Enduro fans directly from their accommodation to the starting points of the selected tours.

Cycling in Venosta Valley

With the period from March to late November offering ideal conditions for bike trips and excursions, the Vinschgau valley boasts the longest bike season in the Alpine region.
