Mountain climbers can find many tours and climbing gardens among the spectacular mountain peaks and nature
of Venosta Valley for true vertical adventures. The climbing gardens at Juval Castle
and at the Langenstein mountain station in Solda/Sulden
enjoy great popularity. Challenging fixed rope trails can also be found at the foot of South Tyrol's highest mountain, the Ortles.
You can find popular indoor-training facilities in the climbing halls in Sluderno/Schluderns (Upper Venosta Valley) and Val Martello/Martelltal Valley. The high-rope climbing garden Alliz in Lasa/Laas is particularly suitable for children, and the high-rope garden in the Val Senales/Schnalstal Valley
offers 7 courses to meet all challenges.
Tip for Families
The high-rope climbing garden in Lasa in the middle of the "Litzer Waldele" larch forest is a real natural adventure. The garden boasts training facilities up to 15m.
