Adventure Sports in Prato allo Stelvio

Sunny Venosta Valley with its high mountains, lake landscapes and agricultural challenges is an ideal place to plan an adventure holiday. Kite surfers, paragliders, mountain climbers and rafters will all find plenty of action and fun here.

Rafting along the young Adige/Etsch River enjoys great popularity in Venosta Valley. Impressive natural landscapes and adventurous rafting routes ensure lasting memories. Enjoy spectacular views while paragliding. From a lofty height, the entire Upper Venosta Valley can be explored, from the Sesvenna Group and the Ortles Group to the Oetztal Alps.

The high-rope climbing garden in Lasa/Laas offers a true natural adventure. There are climbing training facilities (2 - 23m high) in the middle of the clear larch forest. The Oetzi Rope Park in the Val Senales/Schnalstal Valley with its seven courses is also very popular.

The 6m-long winding Resia Lake is ideal for kite surfing and other water sports. Kite surfers and wind surfers will find plenty of fun in front of the unique backdrop of mountainous lake landscapes of the Resia Pass.

The 4-seater chairlift is open from 26 May to 23 October 2016 between 8.30 am - 12.30 pm and between 1.30 pm - 5 pm.
