The Venosta Valley is famous for its natural juices including the cloudy apple juice typical of the region, bearing the local seal of high quality. South Tyrolean apple juice is a juice obtained by pressing directly on the apples, without the addition of any preservatives.

Apples utilised in the production of juices originate exclusively from South Tyrol and have been handpicked in the integrated crop farms or organic orchards. The same system also applies to the production of apricot and pear juices. Other delicious, healthy juices are produced from Val Martello berries and fruit grown at high altitude with intense flavours.
